Economics Professor & Doctoral Supervisor. Former Dean of China WTO Research Institute and senior Guizhou provincial leader. Now Vice Chairman of China Association of Trade in Services and CIETAC Senior Arbitrator.
Long Yongtu

Former Vice Minister of China’s Ministry of Foreign Trade, Long played a key role in China’s WTO accession and supports SIVET’s global economic initiatives.

Cao Dewang
Board Member
born in May 1946 in Shanghai, originally from Fuqing, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. He is the Founder and Chairman of Fujian Botte Industrial Group Co., Ltd. He is the first Chinese recipient of the EY Global Entrepreneur Award.
Lui Hong
Board Member
Former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Southeast University, born in April 1962 in Sihong, Jiangsu. A member of the Communist Party of China, he holds a BSc and MSc in Science, and a PhD in Engineering. He is a Professor of Applied Mathematics and Higher Education Management.
Professor Tong Shijun

Professor Tong is a distinguished philosopher and academic leader. A fellow of the Latin American Academy of Sciences and foreign member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, he serves as Chancellor of NYU Shanghai and Lifetime Professor at East China Normal University.
Aden King

Web3 and digital finance executive with experience at Divenci, Monart, and Club Elysée. He serves on the board of SIVET and was Group CFO for a Swiss international organization as well as tech companies in the U.S. and China. Studied at UC Berkeley, specializing in blockchain, DeFi, and luxury tech.
Professor Zhang Baosheng

Former Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law and Honorary Dean of its Evidence Science Research Institute, Professor Zhang is a leading legal scholar. He serves as Vice Chairman of the International Association for Evidence Science and contributes to global legal education.
Professor Xu Weiya
Board Member
Board Director, is a seasoned academic leader and diplomat. He served as Vice President of Hohai University and Minister-Counselor at China’s Toronto Consulate, overseeing education affairs. His career spans university administration and international educational diplomacy.
